Bookings must be made for a minimum of half a day (3.5 hours). For a full day (7 hours), please make a second appointment for the afternoon.

Following your request, except for recurring appointments, I will contact you to set out the details of the service. A quotation will be sent to you. Your signed order must be received before any date can be set or confirmed.

Cancellation of service: 50% of the price of the days of service will be payable for any cancellation/modification of date received less than ten working days before the scheduled date.
