We are pleased to inform you of the main updates and fixes included in Release R74 of DIMO Maint.
🚀 New features DIMO Maint MX
🔒 Securing the deletion of parts with actuals
The management of resource lines Parts has been strengthened to prevent any accidental deletion when consumptions have already been recorded.
Affected
Users for whom the parameter « Allow BI/BIG parts outputs » is disabled.
Bulk deletion
- Lines containing an actual quantity or duration greater than zero can no longer be deleted.
- Other selected lines without actuals remain deletable as usual.
Single deletion
- The option « Delete » is automatically hidden when a line contains actuals.
- Deletion remains available only for lines without planned or actual quantities.
✅ This improvement applies to Intervention Orders (BI) and Grouped Intervention Orders (BIG).
🔍 Improvement of effect filtering in Intervention Requests (DI)
New search and filtering options have been added to facilitate the analysis of DIs.
New column « Effect »
- Addition of an optional column Effect in the list of DI.
- Not displayed by default but can be activated by each user.
- Direct filtering possible from the column header.
New advanced filter
- Addition of a filter « Associated effects ».
- Selection of one or more effects simultaneously.
- Display of a badge indicating the active filters.
Saving preferences
The columns and filters used are now remembered thanks to the filter saving mechanism.
✅ A significant gain for quickly finding intervention requests based on their associated effects.
🛠 DIMO Maint MX Fixes
The main fixes made :
Purchases / Orders
- Correction of the field interfaceKey which was cleared when saving an order.
- Correction of the order progress import connector: no more transition to partial receipt status when no receipt has been made.
Administration
- Correction of an error when deleting a user record.
Inventory Management
- Correction of the list of items to be restocked.
Preventive maintenance
- Correction of shifted occurrence dates on priority preventive interventions.
Equipment
- Correction of the display of certain vouchers in the equipment record.
📱 DIMO Maint App (DMA) New Features
Creation of equipment from the mobile application
It is now possible :
- to create a new piece of equipment directly from DimoMaint App ;
- to attach it to a parent equipment ;
- to automatically send this equipment to DIMO Maint MX.
✅ This development facilitates the updating of assets in the field without having to return to the desktop version.
