🚀 New features DIMO Maint MX
📊 New widget "My Custom Indicators"
The homepage can now integrate indicators based on the recorded views of each user (widget activatable from the profile).
Operation
- Each indicator displays in real-time the number of items corresponding to a saved filter.
- Direct one-click access to the associated filtered list.
- Organizable and customizable indicators according to each user's preferences.
✅ To ensure performance, the number of configurable indicators is currently limited to 27 per user.
🔗 Synchronization of comments and resources between linked documents
Several developments strengthen the consistency of information between Grouped Intervention Vouchers (BIG), their child Intervention Vouchers (BI), and Intervention Requests (DI).
Propagation of comments between records
Intervention vouchers now display all comments from the upstream linked records (BIG and DI) in consolidated view, without data duplication.
Centralized Resources Block on the BIG
A consultation block for the resources of child BIs is now available directly on the grouped BI, for overall management while maintaining management at the level of each child BI.
Automatic allocation of resources from the Preventive Intervention
It is now possible to configure, from the Preventive Intervention, the automatic distribution of resources to the child BIs upon their generation.
✅ Better consolidated visibility and fewer manual actions.
🛠 DIMO Maint MX Fixes
The main fixes made:
Parts and inventory
- Correction of the block Equivalent parts : selection issue.
- Correction of replenishment orders: the proposed quantity did not take into account ongoing orders.
Purchases / Orders
- Correction allowing a purchase order to be submitted for signature even if the mandatory store is not filled in.
Purchase requests
- Correction of an inability to record a DA when changing the requester.
Equipment
- Correction of the display of the list of vouchers in the equipment sheet.
Interface and translations
- Correction of a display defect on the new analyses.
- Correction of the blockage when adding files in .msg and .mp4 formats.
- Corrections of translations in Italian, Chinese, and Arabic.
📱 DIMO Maint App (DMA) New Features
Intervention requests - List
A graphic redesign has been made on the list of DIs, with some changes in behavior:
- The transformation of a DI into a BI is now done by a simple slide to the right.
- A DI created with all its mandatory fields filled in appears directly in the list with its synchronization icon.
Intervention voucher - Creation
When creating a BI from DimoMaint App, it is now possible to directly enter the values of the meters of the concerned equipment.
✅ This development simplifies data entry in the field without going through another screen.
